Not a bad view from my place of work today. A customer at Seaview caravan park had lost there keys in the sand somewhere to their brand new static caravan. We had the lock changed so they could carry on with their hols in no time. Lovely place Mersea island and a great park and beach.
It’s a always an honour to work on doors and locks that are hundreds of years old- some of the craftsmanship of our fore fathers was incredible, so it’s important to preserve it for future generations to appreciate.
A customer called me out as had snapped part of the key off in the ignition of his lovely old classic Triumph Bonneville. We extracted the key and he was back on the road as had a spare one. Nice guy Mo and an beautiful machine!
Today I open a secondary front door that had been sealed and locked shut with no key for years! Thanks for the job Sel and the fish and chips you gave me as a tip was quite possibly the best I’ve ever had- highly recommended!
